Creative Commercial Funding has been approached by an existing client to source commercial funding for William Hill bookmakers.
This has been agreed at 70% LTV with a High Street commercial lender due to the excellent yield and covenant provided by the tenant.
The purchase price has been agreed at £230,000 with a valuation in excess of £300,000.
This case is due to complete within the next 4 weeks.
